This past July/August 2009, I was privileged to hear Pastor Tim Jones speak at a Wesleyan camp meeting near Hortense, GA. Pastor Tim was one of two amazing evangelists who "brought the word" that week. The other evangelist was Pastor Ron Hamilton who pastors a Wesleyan church in Ashboro, NC. Though I am a lifelong Methodist (and more likely a closet Baptist) my eyes were opened by Pastor Tim to areas of my relationship with Christ that I had not known previous to attending the Camp Meeting.
I found Tim's message to be a living conviction and reflection of his personal life. If anyone ever has the opportunity to here him "preach or evangelize," please take advantage of it. God has destined this man for great things. At age 63, and a retired U.S. Marine, I never tire of watching leadership develop before my eyes. In His Name,
